Chandra Kala is another variety of chamcham filled with mawa. A very famous recipe from West Bengal, India. It is tasty & delicious.
It has an airy surface, spongy feel and filled with juices and flavors.

Fresh Cheese balls are hand rolled, shaped and cooked in very light sugar syrup on a very high temperature to make soft & spongy Chandra kala.
It is cut in half and stuffed with unsweetened fresh mawa and garnished with Cherry.
Major Ingredients: Fresh Cheese made with Low Fat Milk, Milk Mawa, Sugar, cherry and Kewara Essences, FD&C Yellow #5.
