Thanks for wonderful service. I purchased this carrom board about 3 months ago and the quality seemed really good. After a couple of months, in a few spots - the striker movement was very sluggish. It did not bother me for a while as I would just sprinkle boric powder and it would go away. Later I thought of giving desiclik a call. They asked me to rub those spots with Newspaper and then sprinkle the boric powder. This little trick has actually helped with the performance of those sluggish spots :) Happy customer!!!
