Besan ki Burfi - traditional sweet of India and Pakistan and is a favorite family delight. It is made by roasting Gram Flour (Besan / Chickpea) in home made ghee, and then right amount of sugar is added to get a true ethnic flavor of India.
When it cools down, it is cut in pieces to form barfi (diamond / square or rectangle).
Eat as a snack or dessert after the meal for a perfect finish.
